The Deposit Events Committee is a non-profit organization and a vital part of Deposit NY. We are currently undertaking our biggest fund-raiser of the year, a Basket Auction to be held at the Masonic Hall, Deposit Saturday April 1st.
We expect this event to be met with great success, due in part to the tremendous generosity of sponsors like you. Any contribution, in the form of merchandise, donations or gift certificates, will undoubtedly help our Committee in achieving its goals, as well as making the day a memorable one. To show our appreciation, all sponsors will be listed in a program to be distributed at the event, with your contact information provided so please make sure you provide that information. This year we will also be setting up a Webpage AND Face Book Page which will be linked from our Website listing all our contributors and their contact information.
Free Advertisement from the Day we receive your donation until 2 weeks after the Tricky Tray on the website and on our Face Book Page until our Next year event.
Again when you provide us with a Gift for our Community event Fundraiser you will be listed in our Program, Webpage and Face Book Page. What a wonderful way to advertise your business for many months for a simple gift.
The Deposit Events Committee is an organization whose livelihood depends on sponsors for these types of events. Our organization enriches the community by providing no cost or low cost activities for Local and nearby communities.
